Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

AR Review:

- Mike put complete checklist kit under web site "Checklist" link
  Done

- Mike ask the IBIS Secretary to delete "acting" before his name as chairman.
  Mike and Bob missed the last IBIS open forum.

- Roy write "IBIS comment format" parser bug. Will not get to it right away.
  No report

- Mike post new IQ specification with review updates.
  Done

New items:

Review of Kim's IQ presentation for IBIS summit

- Page 4:
  - We agreed that the "2+' IQ designation on the sample IQ checklist
    might cause confusion. Mike had added that in producing the sample.
  - Kim will erase the "+".
  - We need to discuss the mechanics of the checklist at some point.
- Page 13:
  - Moshiul pointed out that there are better ways to avoid Parser Bug93,
    and it should not be necessary to use the "X" designator.
    - Some devices have limits that fall outside the range.
  - We noted that "X" was expanded to "exception" here and "exemption"
    in the IQ spec, and decided to standardize on "exception".
- Mike change "exemption" to "exception" in the IQ spec.
